Powerskating & Skills Program
Program Overview
NEW for the 2025-2026 season we are excited to introduce our Powerskating & Skills Program to the TOP Hockey player pathway. Designed for 2016-2019 birth years, this program is a development-focused program that combines high-quality professional coaching with a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on Powerskating combined with specific hockey skills.
Each session generally begins with a fast-paced powerskating component, focusing on forward strides, crossovers, backward skating, proper posture, edges, and more. From there, players are split into small-groups and will rotate through skills stations on the ice, working combining their skating training with shooting, passing, game situations, puck races, and everything in between.
